1. Acceptance

By using this website, joining our waitlist, or placing an order with Daddy's Nuts, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Daddy's Nuts is a cottage food operation based in the State of Florida, operating under Florida Statute 500.80. Products are made in small batches in a home kitchen.

3. Product descriptions and nutrition figures

We try to describe our products accurately, but ingredient sourcing and small-batch production mean minor variation between batches is normal. Any protein, calorie or other nutritional figure shown on this site is an estimate based on formulation and is pending independent laboratory verification. Figures will be updated once lab results are available. Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Allergens are your responsibility to check

Our products contain peanuts, tree nuts (cashews) and milk (whey protein isolate), and are made in a kitchen that handles all of these. Cross-contact is possible in any product.

You are responsible for reading the ingredient and allergen information before buying or eating our products, and for checking with a doctor if you have a food allergy, are pregnant, or have a medical condition. If you have a peanut, tree nut or dairy allergy, do not eat our products.

5. Orders, prices and Florida-only delivery

• We sell directly through this site. Jars are 32 oz. Current pricing is shown on the product pages. Shipping is $8.00 flat inside Florida, and free above the threshold shown at checkout.
• We ship within the State of Florida only. We cannot accept or fulfil orders for delivery outside Florida, and any such order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
• Everything is made to order in small batches, so quantities are limited and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill.
• Prices, products and availability may change at any time before an order is accepted.
• Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
• Because this is a perishable food product made to order, all sales are final except for damaged or incorrect orders, which we replace.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist — including the list for states we can't ship to yet — is free and creates no obligation on either side. It doesn't reserve product or guarantee availability. You can leave the list at any time by emailing grab@daddysnuts.net.

7. Use of this site

All text, photography, branding and design on this site belong to Daddy's Nuts. Don't copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daddy's Nuts is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
