We ship within Florida only

Daddy's Nuts is a Florida cottage food operation under Florida Statute 500.80. State law permits a cottage food operation to sell online and to ship its products, but only for delivery inside the State of Florida. We cannot ship out of state. Not yet.

If you place an order with a delivery address outside Florida, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If you're outside Florida and want this, join the waitlist anyway — expanding is the plan.

Shipping rates

• $8.00 flat rate shipping anywhere inside Florida.
• Free shipping on orders of $60.00 or more.
• We do not ship outside Florida at any price.

Handling time

• Everything is made to order, in small batches. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.
• Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days of being placed.
• You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships. Transit inside Florida is usually 1–3 business days.
• During a launch drop, batches sell out and handling can run longer. We'll tell you if it does.

Returns

This is a perishable food product made to order, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened jars for reasons of food safety.

The exception: if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will replace it. Email grab@daddysnuts.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out. No arguing.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier or replace the order.
