My wife approved the second version.
The first version used dark cocoa powder. My wife tasted it and said it wasn't Nutella. She was right. It was peanut butter with a chocolate aftertaste. Good product, wrong expectation.
We switched to milk chocolate chips. Melted, drizzled in while the processor runs. The result is richer, sweeter, and closer to what you actually want when you open a jar of chocolate nut butter.
