PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated September 2026
Daddy's Nuts is a small Florida operation. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit this site or join our waitlist, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you choose to give it to us by joining the waitlist.
- Campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the page that referred you, so we know which ad or post brought you here.
- Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
We do not collect payment information, because we are not selling anything yet. We do not ask for your name, address or phone number to join the list.
Why we collect it
Your email is used for one thing: to tell you when the product is ready, and occasionally to share news about the launch. The campaign tags and analytics tell us which advertising is working so we don't waste money on ads nobody wants to see.
Advertising pixels (Meta and TikTok)
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel, along with their cookies and similar technologies, to measure whether our ads are working.
- What they collect: page views, waitlist signups, when someone starts checkout, and the value of a completed purchase — plus the standard device and browser information these tools gather on their own.
- Who receives it: this event information is shared with Meta and TikTok. We do not send them your email address, name or shipping address. Their own privacy policies govern how they use it.
How to opt out:
- Block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in your browser settings.
- Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok account settings to limit ads based on activity from other sites.
- Email grab@daddysnuts.net and we'll help with any questions or requests.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar browser storage for two purposes: to remember which campaign brought you here during your visit, and for the advertising measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your email address or any other personal information. It is stored securely and is not publicly readable. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and send our email, and only so they can do that work for us.
How to be deleted
Email grab@daddysnuts.net and ask us to delete your information. We'll remove you from the list and confirm. You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to grab@daddysnuts.net.
